You pay for partners, never for searches.
A credit is spent when Prospen delivers a qualified partner, or when enrichment finds something. Here is how credits are counted, renewed and bought.
What a credit buys
- Websites: 1 credit each. Blogs, articles, review and comparison sites.
- Creators: 3 credits each. Content, activity and engagement checks on social profiles.
- Enrichment: 1 credit each. Other platforms and a verified contact, only when it finds one.
The rules, as the app applies them:
- 1 website = 1 credit. 1 creator = 3 credits.
- Enrichment is a separate step you choose to run: a creator's other platforms with their followers and engagement, plus a verified contact. 1 credit, only when it finds a verified email or another profile. Nothing found, no charge.
- Disqualified, duplicate and failed finds are never counted.
- Plan credits renew every month; unused ones don't roll over. Extra 100 credits for $79: never expire, never auto-charged.
A creator found on two platforms is charged once. Rejecting a partner does not refund its credit; it teaches Prospen what to skip next time. A partner tagged worth a look is free until you approve it.
Monthly renewal
Each plan includes a set number of credits every billing month. Spending draws on that allowance first. When the month closes, whatever is left of it expires: plan credits do not roll over. The Free plan gets 5 credits each calendar month, on top of the 30 you start with. Sign-up credits and pack credits never expire.
Credit packs
Need more before the month ends? Buy 100 credits for $79. A pack is a one-off purchase, never charged automatically, and its credits never expire.
Plans
- Free ($0): 1 member, 1 brand, 5 credits a month, plus 30 on sign-up.
- Solo ($99 a month): 3 members, 1 brand, 100 credits a month.
- Scale ($249 a month): unlimited members, 3 brands, 300 credits a month.
- Agency (From $799 a month): unlimited members, 10 brands and up, credits set with you.

Change plan or cancel
Billing is in Organization → Plan & usage, and only the organisation’s owner can change it.
- To change plan, click Change plan, then Choose next to the plan you want. Payment and confirmation happen on Stripe. Your plan and credits update once Stripe confirms the payment.
- To buy a pack, click Add 100 credits for $79.
- To cancel, click Manage billing and invoices and cancel in Stripe. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the organisation moves to Free. Unused plan credits expire with it; pack credits stay. Until then, Resume subscription undoes the cancellation.
If you have more members or brands than a smaller plan allows, the extras are paused, never deleted, until you remove them or upgrade.
Invoices
Manage billing and invoicesopens Stripe’s billing portal, with your invoices and payment methods. Each paid entry in the Activity list on the same page also has an Invoice PDF link.
