Acceptable Use Policy

Prospen sends real messages to real people from your accounts. These are the rules that keep that legal, honest and deliverable.

Effective 24 October 2026. Prospen is operated by ClicksRocket, LLC, 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901, United States(“we”, “us”). This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone in your organisation, and to anyone acting through your API keys or MCP connections.

1. Lawful outreach

  • Have a lawful basis for every message: consent where the law requires it, or a legitimate interest you have assessed where the law allows it. The rules differ by country, including CAN-SPAM in the United States, GDPR in the EU and UK, PECR in the UK and CASL in Canada. You are the sender, so knowing which apply is your job.
  • Say truthfully who you are and which business you represent, and include a working way to reply or opt out where the law requires one.
  • Honour every opt-out promptly. Add anyone who asks not to be contacted to your never-email list. Prospen will not send to an address on that list, and you may not work around it.

2. Platform rules

The Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Workspace and Microsoft accounts you use with Prospen are yours, and their terms apply to everything you do with them. Do not automate those platforms beyond what the Prospen extension does, which is send a message a person approved, from that person’s own browser. Do not use Prospen to get around a platform’s sending limits, rate limits or account restrictions.

3. No deception

Do not impersonate another person, brand or business. Do not use misleading subject lines, invented relationships, fake offers or commission terms you will not honour. Prospen drafts messages, and you are responsible for checking that each one is true before it goes out.

4. Prohibited content

Do not use Prospen to promote or send:

  • illegal goods or services, or anything illegal where the recipient lives;
  • harassment, threats, or hateful content about any group;
  • adult or sexual content;
  • malware, phishing, or links that try to collect someone’s credentials.

5. Data rules

  • Partner lists are for your own outreach. Do not resell, share or republish them as a data product.
  • Prospen is for reaching businesses, publishers and creators in their professional capacity. Do not use it to target private individuals.
  • Agencies may use Prospen only for the client brands set up in their account, and only for those clients.
  • Do not scrape Prospen, copy its results in bulk outside the export we provide, or use it to build a competing dataset or product.

6. Security

Do not probe, scan or test Prospen for vulnerabilities without our written permission, and do not try to overload it or reach data that is not yours. Do not share login details; invite teammates instead. API keys are personal: each one belongs to the member who created it. Revoke a key when its owner leaves. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@tasken.ai.

7. When the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, pause sending from your account, suspend the account, or close it under the Terms of Service. We act faster when bounce or complaint rates threaten your mailboxes, or when people are being harmed. Where the law requires it, we may report the activity to the platform concerned or to the authorities.

8. Report abuse

If you received a message sent through Prospen that breaks these rules, email hello@tasken.aiwith “Abuse” in the subject line, and include the message if you can. A person reads every report. If you are a creator or business that Prospen found, our notice to partners explains what we hold and how to opt out.
